IIJ Launches “Device Link Console” for IoT Remote Access

IIJ IoT Service, which provides a one-stop shop for all the functions required for IoT systems, from devices to networks, security, and cloud environments, today launched the Device Link Console, a web application that enables easy remote access to IoT devices.

The Device Link Console is a web application that utilizes Device Link, the remote access function of the IIJ IoT Service , and provides remote access and device management functions through an easy-to-use web UI. It also allows for flexible control of access permissions and role settings for remote access users, and supports multi-tenant management, making it suitable for use in product maintenance services for IoT device manufacturers and remote maintenance operations for management companies.

In recent years, the use of IoT has progressed in a variety of fields, creating a need for more efficient management of expanding IoT systems and numerous IoT devices in system operations. This has led to growing demand for device maintenance functions and after-sales support services provided by manufacturers, as well as for outsourcing maintenance to management companies.
