Micware社とAisan Technology社がモビリティ分野での提携を締結しました

Micware and Aisan Technology have entered into a capital and business alliance to accelerate the development of next-generation mobility and digital transformation solutions. Effective July 27, 2026, the partnership supports Micware’s DynaPlanet-PF growth strategy, which focuses on building dynamic digital spaces through advanced location and spatial technologies.

The collaboration brings together Aisan Technology’s expertise in high-precision positioning, spatial measurement, and 3D mapping with Micware’s experience in developing software and services that use location and spatial data. The companies will work on integrating their technologies into existing products while exploring new applications across mobility and enterprise digital transformation.

A key focus will be the mobility sector, where both companies plan to combine high-precision maps, imaging technologies, and positioning capabilities to support autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). The partnership will also extend to DX initiatives by incorporating each company’s technologies into broader software and digital solutions.

Micware そして Aisan Technology will keep reviewing how the collaboration is going, then tweak its scope as the projects sort of evolve. The companies also expect this partnership to help speed up the building of new product, service and solution types while at the same time making the innovation behind intelligent mobility and spatial data technologies stronger. As part of the relationship, Aisan Technology also participated in Micware’s IPO in May 2026 by acquiring American Depositary Shares.
