WHI Holdings Co., Ltd. has incorporated an AI agent into its “COMPANY Talent Management” series that consistently handles everything from analyzing HR data to proposing improvement measures, taking into account information such as the company’s unique HR system and organizational characteristics.
While general-purpose AI tends to offer only general insights, this feature utilizes a “custom AI agent” that reads company-specific information such as evaluation system documents and grade definitions. This agent works in conjunction with data analysis and improvement suggestion functions to translate the analysis results of HR data into concrete actions based on each company’s systems and operational practices.
As a first step in its implementation, we will start offering this feature in the “Motivation Survey” product of CTM2.0. Going forward, we plan to expand its use to the entire HR domain, including performance evaluation, placement, and workforce planning.

The “Guidelines for Visualizing Human Capital (Revised Edition),” published by the Cabinet Office in March 2026, emphasizes the importance of not only disclosing indicators, but also interpreting their meaning in a way that suits the company’s situation and connecting it to concrete measures—in other words, creating a “story.” Therefore, going forward, it will be necessary not only to visualize HR data, but also to correctly identify the challenges facing the company and translate them into concrete actions.
On the other hand, traditional HR data utilization often ends with sharing aggregated and analyzed results as reports, and in many cases, it fails to lead to the consideration of improvement measures or their implementation in the field. Furthermore, while AI-powered analysis is becoming more widespread, general-purpose AI cannot adequately reflect a company’s unique systems and culture, making it difficult to translate into practical measures.
