Nippon Television HR Research Institute, Inc., which operates Nippon Television AI-HR, will begin offering “AI President,” a dedicated AI that provides answers based on the values and judgment criteria of the president and key personnel in each department, starting June 26, 2026.
開発の背景
In companies, the decision-making criteria, customer interaction methods, and organizational development philosophies of the president and key personnel in each department are accumulated through daily conversations, meetings, and individual consultations.
On the other hand, these perspectives are often not systematically organized or shared, leading to situations where employees are unsure which viewpoints to prioritize when developing new projects, sales proposals, talent development, recruitment decisions, or customer service. Furthermore, it is difficult for individual employees to consult with the president, department heads, or outstanding colleagues on a daily basis, limiting opportunities to gain insights into the perspectives of key personnel.

To address these challenges, NTV AI-HR has developed an “AI CEO” that allows employees to utilize the thinking of the CEO and key personnel in each department in their daily decisions and actions.
で NTV AI-HR, we believe it’s crucial not only to introduce generative AI as a simple document creation tool, but also to design it to match each company’s way of thinking and workflow, and to deploy it in a way that allows for continuous use in the field. “AI President” is an AI agent designed to share the thinking of the president and key people in each department within the organization, making it accessible to employees in their daily work.
Going forward, we will continue to expand the number of personnel and application areas to suit the specific challenges and objectives of each company, supporting the sharing of decision-making criteria, the utilization of tacit knowledge, and the improvement of the quality of employee consultations regarding work-related matters.
