ジブリ Inc. will rebrand its digital talent recruitment and training platform “Track” as a new skill development platform for AI/digital talent and begin offering it on November 13, 2025.

“Track” integrates recruitment, training, evaluation, and placement based on skills, enabling a “Skills First” digital talent strategy. Using skill data from over one million people and AI technology, it maximizes a company’s digital capabilities.
