アソビカ Inc. is pleased to announce that it has begun providing its honest data platform “coorum” to the Japan Omni-Channel Association.
With this implementation, the Japan Omnichannel Association will open a member site with community functions, and in addition to active offline activities, will aim to stimulate online interaction between members, promoting co-creation across industry boundaries and improving customer experience.
The Japan Omnichannel Association, which was launched in 2020, has expanded its membership to 392 companies and 637 people (as of August 2025) through active offline activities. However, traditional membership sites have been limited to one-way information transmission, and have had the problem of not being able to connect offline enthusiasm to online interaction.

To further accelerate “co-creation” among members, we are now opening a new member site that adds community elements to the existing site. By creating a forum for active online interaction in addition to real-life connections, we aim to increase value for each and every member.
