Starting in March 2026, PLUS will begin offering B-Brid’s ICT support service “Homusapo ,” which is specialized for the nursing care and welfare industry, as a management support menu for PLUS’s delivery service for nursing care and welfare facilities, ” Smart Care .”
In the nursing care industry, the fiscal year 2024 nursing care fee revision introduced a new “productivity improvement promotion system surcharge” as a remuneration for facilities, and items related to ICT development were incorporated into the conditions for the surcharge, making strengthening the digital department’s system an urgent issue. However, there are many nursing care facilities that are lagging behind in their IT initiatives due to reasons such as a shortage of personnel and insufficient staff skills.
This collaboration will allow all member facilities of “Smart Care” nationwide to apply through “Smart Care” and utilize “Homusapo’s” help desk and consulting services for an affordable monthly fee (starting from 22,000 yen including tax). In addition to a wide range of IT support, including troubleshooting and setting up various devices such as PCs and smartphones, consultation on network failures and other issues, advice on introducing business systems and tools, and security advice, BeeBrid‘s prompt support system, which is well-versed in the long-term care insurance system and DX measures in the long-term care industry, will also support compliance with the “Productivity Improvement Promotion System Addition.” This will help create an environment where facility staff can focus on their core duties of caregiving, leading to reduced staff burden and improved operational efficiency.
