Corundum Neuroscience (CNS) and Corundum Systems Biology (CSB) are starting a new venture initiative. They are partnering with Offline Studio, the incubation arm of Offline Ventures. CNS builds neuroscience projects. CSB invests in new systems biology solutions. This collaboration aims to speed up the creation of new life sciences products. These products will improve human health and wellbeing.
The initiative will use data from the Human Phenotype Project (HPP). This program deep-phenotypes on a large scale. It uses AI to collect insights from global health data. The program mixes Offline Studio’s venture creation skills with CNS and CSB’s science and investment expertise. This partnership wants to take advanced biological insights and create solutions ready for the market.
Both Offline Studio and Corundum will start by investing US$1 million each. They will also set aside another US$1.5 million for future investments. The partners will keep their ownership shares in staged funding rounds. They will also welcome new investors as the ventures grow. Offline Studio will provide strategic guidance. It will help with project sourcing and early-stage validation. Corundum Neuroscience そして Corundum Systems Biology will join in with ideation and development.

The venture creation process has four stages:
- Project identification
- Prototype development
- Early-stage validation
- Incorporation of new companies
Selected ventures will get staged SAFE investments. This helps them grow products as they hit key milestones.
This project shows we are dedicated to advancing new ideas in life sciences. We want to transform deep biological insights into real benefits for global health.
