株式会社パークアップ企業合宿・オフサイトミーティングのワンストップサービス「Coworkation.com」を運営する株式会社PerkUPは、長野県と県内金融機関が連携して設立した信州スタートアップ・事業承継支援2号投資事業有限責任組合（通称：信州SS2号ファンド）を引受先とするJ-KISS型新株予約権、日本政策金融公庫からの劣後特約付資本融資、上田信用金庫からのデットファイナンスを含む総額5,000万円のシードラウンドによる資金調達を完了しました。これにより、調達総額は
