本機能を利用することで、請求書を受け取る取引先のパスワード管理負担を最小限に抑えつつ、誤送信時の情報漏えいリスクを低減した請求書送付が可能となります。
インヴォックス has not recommended setting a password when sending an invoice, because the confirmation work and password management work on the recipient’s side would reduce business efficiency. しかし現実には、請求書などを社外に送付する際にパスワードの設定が必要な企業もあり、請求書発行システムの導入を断念するケースも確認されています。これではせっかくの電子化・効率化の機会を失うことにもなりかねません。
In light of this, we have been carefully listening to our users’ feedback and considering ways to flexibly meet the security requirements of the issuer while minimizing the burden on the recipient. As a result, we have decided to provide a new function that allows you to set up authentication using an authentication code when sending an invoice.
