Ricerca Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has raised a total of 1.7 billion yen in its Series A funding round. With this round, the total amount raised to date exceeds 2 billion yen.
This round was conducted with Angel Bridge Co., Ltd. as the new lead investor, in addition to a third-party allocation of shares from existing investors Genesia Ventures Inc. and New Commerce Ventures Inc., as well as individual investors, and through debt financing from Mizuho Bank, Shoko Chukin Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Resona Bank, Joyo Bank, and Hokkoku Bank.
In addition, we have strengthened our management structure and governance. Co-founder Momoka Koda has been appointed as Director and COO, and Taku Hiramatsu as Executive Officer and CTO, expanding our business promotion structure. Furthermore, we have welcomed Angel Bridge partners Masahide Hayashi and Kansaku Nakakura as outside directors, and Masashi Takahashi as auditor, and have transitioned to a company with a board of directors, thereby establishing a management foundation that balances growth and discipline. In conjunction with these organizational changes, we have also revamped our corporate website and recruitment website.

The funds raised will be used to strengthen product development of “RECERQA,” an Agient ERP that optimizes order placement and processing, to expand our organization, focusing on AI engineers and FDEs (Forward Deployed Engineers), and to fully launch our business, primarily targeting major manufacturing and trading companies.
レセルカ is an Agent ERP that optimizes the order placement and processing domain. Its unique four-tier architecture, “Quattro,” autonomously normalizes data, and utilizes accumulated data to consistently support business decision-making and execution.
Furthermore, as more operational data is accumulated after implementation, the accuracy of the AI’s decisions improves, and the cost of human verification gradually decreases. To fully enjoy the unique characteristics of the AI era—where the system evolves through continued use—which is not found in conventional ERP systems, we have completely revamped our system as Agentic ERP.
