Paygent has entered a business alliance with Commerce One Holdings and its group company, TradeSafe, to strengthen B2B invoice payments. As part of the partnership, Paygent will offer its BizPay platform for One Credit.Card Payment, a service that enables businesses to pay invoices using credit cards instead of those traditional bank transfers.
This partnership goes after a shared issue among small and medium-sized businesses, where paying invoices still leans hard on manual bank transfers. Unexpected purchases, plus limited cash reserves, often push businesses into financial squeeze, which boosts the need for payment options that bring more flexibility and at the same time simplify the accounting workflow.
Using BizPay, businesses can convert invoice payments into credit card transactions regardless of whether the supplier accepts card payments. This can extend payment deadlines by up to 60 days based on the card billing cycle, helping companies manage cash flow more efficiently. The service also brings multiple payment processes into a single online workflow, reducing administrative work, lowering the risk of transfer errors, and supporting the digital transformation of finance operations.

Businesses can continue paying suppliers through standard bank transfers handled by ペイジェント, helping maintain existing payment processes and business relationships. The service is fully online, requires no additional paperwork or complex credit screening, and charges only a transaction-based service fee.
Through the alliance, the companies plan to accelerate the adoption of digital B2B payments, improve payment flexibility for growing businesses, and support broader back-office modernization for companies expanding their operations.
