Hubble、契約管理機能の導入を開始した

STANDS株式会社. is pleased to announce that its UI/UX improvement tool “Onboarding” has been adopted for the management screen of the “Hubble” series of contract management cloud services operated by ハブル株式会社. as part of an initiative to support users’ self-management.

Hubble’s purpose is “to solve tangible problems with technology and create a future where the individuality and creativity of workers can be unleashed.” We develop cloud services, including “Hubble,” that support the construction and establishment of contract management infrastructure.

契約企業の数が増えるにつれ、ユーザーに最新情報を適切に提供し、ユーザーの満足度やニーズを継続的に把握することが必要となった。.

さらに、サービス利用開始からユーザーによる定着に至るまでの期間を短縮し、ユーザーが早期にサービスを活用できる環境を整えることも課題であった。そのため、更新情報などの提供に加え、ユーザーがサービスを適切に運用できるよう適切にサポートする仕組みが必要であった。.

Against this backdrop, “Onboarding” was selected because it was appreciated for its ability to provide not only existing user communication measures but also on-screen tutorials and operational support, all within a single tool.
