OBC and Bugin System Service Co., Ltd. have entered into a business partnership focused on improving operational efficiency and strengthening security in financial transaction work for small and medium-sized businesses, mainly across Saitama Prefecture.
The collaboration brings together OBC’s business system and cloud expertise with Bugin System Service’s local network and support structure tied to the Musashino Bank group. The bigger focus is helping regional companies deal with a problem that has been getting harder to ignore. Labor shortages are getting worse, workloads are becoming more fragmented, and a lot of back-office operations are still heavily dependent on manual handling or individual employees.
Both companies are positioning the partnership around DX support for local businesses. オービーシー will provide support centered on its cloud-based business systems, including Bugyo Cloud, while Bugin System Service will work on implementation support and regional outreach.

The plan is not limited to software deployment alone. The two companies also intend to hold seminars and share updates around changing IT requirements and legal system revisions so businesses can keep up without constantly reacting late.
