Mahoroba Kobo Co., Ltd. has launched a new cloud PBX service called “Jimukura”.
“JimuKura,” a cloud PBX, allows companies to use their main telephone line from various devices such as smartphones and SIP phones. It’s a service that provides a flexible telephone environment regardless of location. By operating independently of traditional telephone equipment, it contributes to improved business efficiency and diversification of work styles.
Background of the service release
In recent years, the spread of teleworking and the increasing decentralization of offices have led to a reassessment of telephone infrastructure within companies. Traditional office-based telephone systems have revealed challenges in accommodating flexible work styles and diverse work arrangements.

Furthermore, while the number of services that make it easy to obtain a phone number has increased, some services lack the necessary functionality for use as a main telephone line, and in the case of high-functional PBX systems, the setup and cost burden can be a challenge.
Against this backdrop, we have leveraged the expertise we have cultivated with our existing services, “Jimuden” and “MAHO-PBX,” to launch “Jimu-Kura,” a cloud PBX that combines ease of use with functionality.
“JimuKura” is a PBX service that allows you to use your company’s telephone functions on the cloud. You can make and receive calls using your company’s landline number from various devices such as smartphones and SIP phones. Even when you’re not in the office, you can transfer calls via extension and make internal calls, enabling flexible telephone operations that are not tied to a specific location.
