MILIZE Inc., which promotes the democratization of finance through AI and FinTech, has announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with NamiTech, a Vietnam-based voice AI technology innovator, with the aim of providing enterprise-grade voice AI to the Japanese insurance industry and banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) market.
Through this partnership, MILIZE will provide localization and implementation support for NamiTech’s voice AI solutions, centered on speech-to-text (voice recognition) and voice biometrics (voice fingerprint authentication), in the Japanese market in response to the regulatory and business requirements specific to the financial industry, as well as specialized knowledge and market insights on AI utilization. This will help financial institutions go beyond proof of concept (PoC) to utilize scalable, production-ready voice AI in production environments.
