Undou Tsushinsha Inc., a leader in sports digital transformation, has begun developing “BUKATSU ONE,” an integrated DX platform designed to support local governments in managing school club activities. Aligned with the Ministry of Education and Japan Sports Agency’s “Regional Expansion of School Club Activities” initiative, municipalities can apply for proof-of-concept partnerships starting October 13, 2025.
"BUKATSU ONE” simplifies the planning, execution, and evaluation of club activities using AI and cloud computing, reducing administrative workloads while ensuring data security and regulatory compliance. The platform covers all management stages. It has AI-assisted planning, instructor matching, contract management, and attendance tracking. It handles scheduling, oversees facilities, processes payments, and talks with parents. Automated data collection and reporting make evaluation simpler. AI-generated insights help with future planning. This helps create effective PDCA cycles and supports lasting club growth.
