パナソニック、3社を合併してパナソニックデジタルを設立

Panasonic Holdings announced that it will merge its three companies, Panasonic Information Systems, Panasonic Solution Technology, and Panasonic Net Solutions, on April 1, 2026, to establish Panasonic Digital Corporation. Panasonic Information Systems will handle IT infrastructure and security infrastructure construction, while Panasonic Solution Technology will provide ICT solutions and SaaS solutions. Panasonic Net Solutions will handle video surveillance systems and information system support services. This merger will combine the Panasonic Group’s technology with each company’s know-how, aiming to expand its contribution to B2B businesses. The merger will leverage the Panasonic Group’s experience in manufacturing digital transformation (DX), global ERP, and ICT infrastructure construction and operation services to provide IT solutions to users.

パナソニックホールディングスは9月22日、パナソニック インフォメーションシステムズ、パナソニック ソリューションテクノロジー、パナソニック ネットソリューションズの3社を2026年4月1日に統合し、パナソニック デジタル株式会社を設立すると発表。パナソニック インフォメーションシステムズは、ITインフラやセキュリティインフラの構築を、パナソニック ソリューションテクノロジーは、ICTソリューションやSaaSソリューションを提供。パナソニック ネットソリューションズ社は、映像監視システムや情報システムのサポートサービスを提供します。
