Akamai and Seraphic Unite for Smarter SSE Security

Akamai Technologies, a cybersecurity and cloud computing company that powers and protects online businesses, announced a strategic partnership with Seraphic Security, a leader in enterprise browser security, to add the Secure Enterprise Browser (SEB) to Akamai’s zero trust security product portfolio.

As digital transformation accelerates and more organizations adopt AI, employees need easy and secure access to private applications, SaaS platforms, and AI tools from anywhere, on any device. At the same time, companies need to protect internet access from both traditional web threats and emerging AI risks, such as data leakage and malicious prompts.

Through this partnership, Akamai will be able to go beyond traditional security service edge (SSE) network access to offer an alternative that is simpler, more cost-effective, and easier to integrate with the rest of your security stack.

By integrating Seraphic’s Secure Enterprise Browser with its Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) product, Enterprise Application Access (EAA), Akamai provides customers with a comprehensive security solution that covers traditional SSE requirements.
