日立システムズ, Ltd., Kanagawa Prefecture, MedMirai Co., Ltd., and the 東京大学 conducted research and development of a prevention and health promotion platform (healthcare social implementation platform) using MedMirai’s “behavior change promotion application” as part of the 2024 AMED publicly solicited project “Research and development infrastructure development project for social implementation of prevention and health promotion.”
Through this public offering project, we utilized approximately 1 million pieces of real-world data extracted from the anonymized National Health Insurance Database provided by Kanagawa Prefecture, and built a new analysis platform equipped with “dashboard” and “AI agent” functions as a function of the Healthcare Social Implementation Platform.
By utilizing these functions of the developed analysis platform, it is now possible to consistently carry out tasks that previously required a great deal of time and effort by public health nurses, from checking the status of individuals receiving specific health guidance, to proposing support content and automatically generating health guidance text tailored to individual risks.

Specifically, the “dashboard” function automatically converts numerical data on the health status of individuals receiving health guidance into graphs and tables, visualizing the data to support public health nurses’ decision-making, while the “AI agent” function understands the health information of each individual and supports appropriate analysis and report creation.
This will reduce the workload of public health nurses and others, and by promoting the use of data, it will be possible to design more individualized health promotion measures that address health issues in each region, leading to the consideration of new measures for next-generation health care, such as improving pre-disease prevention and extending people’s healthy life expectancy.
