KnowledgeSense launches ChatSense and GPT-5 Thinking

KnowledgeSense Inc. provides “ChatSense,” a ChatGPT system for businesses that allows them to utilize ChatGPT in a secure environment. We are pleased to announce the release of OpenAI’s advanced inference model, “GPT-5 Thinking,” as an AI model available within ChatSense. “GPT-5 Thinking” is a model that excels at step-by-step thinking for complex problem settings. Starting today, the inference model previously offered within ChatSense as “o3” will be replaced with “GPT-5 Thinking.” Pricing remains the same as the previous “o3” model, with a flat rate of 980 yen (excluding tax).

The service will be available from today (August 19, 2025) and will be gradually released to some customers with the Enterprise Plan and Business Plan.

ChatGPT is an AI chatbot that is capable of natural, human-like conversations and is expected to contribute to improving business efficiency and service quality. ChatGPT’s strengths, such as security, have also attracted attention in ChatSense, a generative AI service for businesses provided by KnowledgeSense, and it has been adopted by over 500 major companies, including companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime and some of Japan’s largest universities.
