DXYZ and Broad Japan Standardize “FreeiD” in Apartments

Migaro Holdings Co., Ltd., a company that creates new value by fusing the “digital” and “real” worlds, is pleased to announce that its group company, DXYZ Co., Ltd., has decided to adopt the facial recognition ID platform “FreeiD” as standard in all future condominiums supplied by Broad Japan Co., Ltd.

This will be the first time in the Kansai area that FreeiD will be adopted as standard in the common areas of a rental apartment building In addition, BROAD Hannancho Residence, scheduled for completion in September 2025, will be Broad Japan’s first “All Facial Recognition Apartment®.”

DXYZ, a member of the Migaro Group, has developed and is providing “FreeiD,” a facial recognition ID platform that connects life, work, and play with just a face. By integrating all kinds of IDs, such as wallets and ID cards, with your face, and enabling entry/exit, payment, and identity verification with a single facial registration, you can “connect the world with just your face,” eliminating the need for keys or wallets. Because it can be linked with a wide variety of facial recognition AIs, it is possible to provide the optimal facial recognition AI for each use case.

The “FreeiD Mansion” solution offered to apartment complexes allows for the realization of “living with just your face.” The company is developing Japan’s first “All Facial Recognition Mansion®,” where no keys are required, from shared areas such as the entrance and elevator to private areas (238 buildings with FreeiD installed have been completed as of the end of July 2025).
