Knowledge Sense Inc., which accelerates the intellectual activities of large corporations, is pleased to announce that its generative AI service for businesses, “ChatSense,” has been certified as an ecosystem solution for the content cloud “Box.”
Generative AI is beginning to be introduced in many companies to improve business efficiency. ナレッジセンス‘s “チャットセンス” has also attracted attention for its strengths for corporations, such as security, and has been introduced to more than 500 major companies, including companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime.
Recently, the system has been introduced with the assumption that a function called “RAG” will be used. RAG is a mechanism that allows generative AI to answer questions based on in-house data. This has the advantage that it can answer questions that normal generative AI has not learned.

In particular, companies that have adopted Box, the content cloud used by 75% of the Nikkei 225, have made numerous requests to “connect files on Box to AI more smoothly and reliably.”
The “Box Ecosystem Solution” certification is a response to these customer requests, and will provide even greater support for companies’ use of AI by demonstrating that the solution is highly reliable and meets the standards set by Box.
