Kubell Partner Co., Ltd. will begin offering “Takushita”, a BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) business process agency service, from today.
“TAKUSHITA” is a business process outsourcing service that allows you to outsource various back office tasks such as accounting, labor, recruitment, and sales administration online, regardless of the chat tool or other means of communication. You can request tasks as much as you need at the time you need them, and our team of highly capable assistants will support you with your tasks. We also offer proposals such as business design using technology, system implementation support, and business process improvement.
The name of the new service is “TAKUSHITA” with the desire to be a presence that customers can trust with their important business. The logo expresses the image of human warmth and security, and the image of people entrusting business to each other, with a high-five, and uses a dove as a symbol of being entrusted with important information and valuable items.

In response to these social issues and market changes, the Kubell Group officially released the business process agency service “Chatwork Assistant” in June 2023. It has been deployed mainly to companies using the business chat “Chatwork,” which has the largest number of users in Japan (*5), and has provided a wide range of support for all back-office operations. As of July 2025, the service has been adopted by more than 1,000 companies, and requests from companies that have not yet adopted “Chatwork” are also increasing. We are also working on optimizing business design and operations, including the use of AI agents, with an eye on the next evolution in the BPaaS field.
Now, based on our knowledge and track record, we will begin offering “Takushita,” a business process outsourcing service that can handle a wider range of business fields.
