B’s STYLE has signed a domestic sales partner agreement with Rakuten Symphony and will begin offering ‘Rakuten NEO,’ an AI and IoT-based unmanned space management solution. The partnership expands the company’s existing IoT portfolio and strengthens its push into automated facility operations.
Rakuten NEO is designed to help businesses manage spaces with minimal human involvement by centrally controlling equipment over a network. The platform supports functions such as access management, lighting and air conditioning control, and remote operation of facility systems. It is aimed at environments like unmanned stores, gyms, storage facilities, and co-working spaces where operators are looking to reduce labor requirements while maintaining efficient operations.
The agreement builds on B’s STYLE’s experience in IoT deployments for small and medium-sized businesses through solutions such as its gym and coin laundry monitoring platforms, along with AI camera systems for automated surveillance and operational analysis. By combining those capabilities wth Rakuten NEO, the company plans to send out more industry centered implementations of unmanned space technology, a kind of practical delivery.

This shift also looks like a bigger change in digital transformation approaches, where AI together with IoT are more and more being leveraged to automate physical infrastructure, and in parallel handle the ongoing labor shortages across service industries.
