L is B Co., Ltd., the company behind the onsite business chat service direct, has started working with CTS Co., Ltd. to connect the chat platform with the cloud video service IoT SmartHub. CTS focuses on construction ICT, and the collaboration is meant to make how safety alerts move across construction teams much faster.
Through the integration, alerts captured and analyzed inside IoT SmartHub will now be pushed directly into direct. This includes notifications such as intrusion detection from AI cameras and weather related warnings like high WBGT levels, strong wind, or heavy rainfall. Instead of alerts sitting in emails or separate systems, the information now appears instantly inside the chat platform used daily by site teams.
The reason behind this change is simple. Construction sites have been adding more AI cameras and sensors, which means more data about safety conditions. But the alerts often reached teams through channels that were not part of their regular communication workflow. That gap sometimes slowed down response times.

The installation of their new system enables alerts to be distributed through chat to construction sites and headquarters and partner companies. The system provides all team members with simultaneous access to the same information which helps them reach decisions faster and execute their tasks more efficiently. The chat function stores all past alerts from previous incidents which makes it easier to review past events and evaluate team responses to those events.
The companies say IoT SmartHub will continue expanding its ability to connect different devices and systems as construction firms push deeper into digital operations.
