GOQORO Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire the IoT platform brand ‘+Style’ and related assets from BBSS Corporation, a subsidiary of SB C&S under the SoftBank Group. The deal was signed on March 6, 2026. Asset transfer is scheduled for April 30, with GOQORO set to begin operating the service from May 1.
The move is aimed at combining GOQORO’s capabilities in AI, IoT, and robotics with the existing +Style ecosystem. The platform has built a presence in the smart lifestyle market by introducing a range of connected devices such as lighting, sensors, and other home automation products.
GOQORO plans to take that base further by embedding AI driven solutions and robotics into the platform. The company is looking to move beyond basic device connectivity and push toward a more integrated smart home setup where automation and intelligent systems work together.

+Style is also known for involving users in the product planning stage, which has helped it bring new IoT devices to market. GOQORO says it will continue developing the platform while keeping its core approach intact.
The services and customer support for existing users will remain operational after the transition. The acquisition shows the smart home industry trend of creating integrated systems that use artificial intelligence and automation together with hardware components.
