Microwave Factory takes over the business of DEMITASNX manufactured by NEC Solution Innovators

Microwave Factory Co., Ltd. (MWF) has decided to take over the DEMITASNX business, which is developed and manufactured by NEC Solution Innovators, Ltd. (NEC Solution Innovators). The takeover is scheduled for April 1, 2026.

MWF will inherit all of the DEMITASNX services provided by NEC Solution Innovators and will continue to grow DEMITASNX. MWF will also inherit the sales functions and development/maintenance resources that NEC Solution Innovators possessed, so it will be able to provide the same services as before.

This transfer will not only benefit MWF’s product EMC measurement technology, but also enable integration with DEMITASNX, enabling consistent contributions from upstream development to product development, with the aim of further advancing EMC technology.
