ON Semiconductor and FORVIA HELLA Expand Next-Gen Power Partnership

ON Semiconductor announced it has expanded its long-standing strategic partnership with FORVIA HELLA to include the adoption of ON Semiconductor’s PowerTrench® T10 MOSFET technology across FORVIA HELLA’s advanced automotive platforms. This new long-term agreement further strengthens collaboration between the two companies, positioning them to deliver innovative solutions to help transform the automotive industry over the next decade.

ON Semiconductor’s PowerTrench® T10 MOSFET technology delivers industry-leading efficiency with ultra-low conduction and switching losses, enabling high power density in a compact footprint while ensuring excellent reliability. Shielded-gate Power Trench MOSFET technology significantly improves efficiency by reducing drain-source resistance and gate charge, reducing output capacitance and improving the figure of merit (FoM). These technological advancements enable FORVIA HELLA to offer more efficient and cost-effective solutions for a wide range of automotive applications.
