We are pleased to announce that our overseas subsidiary, YAMABIKO EUROPE S.A., has signed a collaboration agreement with The Toro Company, a leading manufacturer of golf course maintenance equipment, based on a strategic partnership aimed at expanding robotics solutions and technologies for the golf course and sports field markets.
Overview of the collaboration agreement
Our overseas subsidiary, YAMABIKO Europe, develops and manufactures autonomous robotic lawnmowers and sells them globally through agents and dealers in each country.
On the other hand, Toro is a major manufacturer of lawn and golf course maintenance machinery, including lawn mowers and irrigation systems, founded in 1914.

Yamabiko Europe has decided to collaborate with Toro to develop and supply robot products with unique specifications. Through this collaboration, we aim to develop innovative robot solutions and further expand the market by making the most of the strengths of both companies, such as their technological capabilities and market shares.
The collaboration will first involve the development of a robotic lawnmower and a golf ball collector, with sales planned to begin in spring 2025. Although the planned sales volume and the impact on business performance have yet to be determined at this time, the companies will accelerate their efforts to further expand their robotics business.
