Doup Robotics Co., Ltd. has begun developing a next-generation autonomous guided robot (AMR) and related control software to resolve the serious labor shortage in manufacturing sites and other areas.
The manufacturing and logistics industries are facing serious labor shortages and an aging workforce, making on-site automation an urgent priority. However, the current mainstream transport robots rely on conventional control methods using magnetic tape, etc., which means they have limited flexibility for layout changes and face high implementation and operating costs. In response to this situation, we have begun developing an AMR (autonomous transport robot) system that is “higher performance and easier for anyone to use.”
Main products
We will continue to promote labor savings and efficiency on-site, focusing on the following three products.
Autonomous Transport Robot (AMR)
Automate the transportation of parts and materials at manufacturing sites and logistics warehouses. Highly accurate position recognition and smooth route travel reduce the burden on workers and improve productivity.

Navigation software
This driving control software is installed in the AMR itself and performs mapping, path planning, obstacle avoidance, etc. It can also be installed on existing transport robots, including those made by other companies, enabling flexible automation while making use of existing equipment.
Fleet Management Software
A software platform for centralized management, monitoring, and group control of multiple AMRs. By optimizing transport tasks and visualizing operational status, it helps improve efficiency across the entire site.
