Dentsu Institute of Research, Inc. announced on the 2nd that it has signed a sales agency agreement with T.RAD Connect, Inc. to begin sales of “T.RAD Connect,” an information platform for the manufacturing industry that enables seamless collaboration between departments. The system will help resolve issues that arise in the manufacturing industry. “T.RAD Connect” is a business process improvement support system for the manufacturing industry, developed based on the expertise of T.RAD Connect’s parent company, T.RAD, Inc., a specialized manufacturer of heat exchangers.
It manages product-related information from planning, design, production preparation, manufacturing, and procurement, and enables each department to share information in real time. This prevents miscommunication during design changes and supports improved operational efficiency and rapid decision-making. It also includes a function that aggregates various data generated on-site, enabling management and on-site personnel to make data-based decisions.
