ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation has collaborated with WingArc1st Inc., a provider of software and services to help companies utilize data, to launch a service in May 2025 that will provide end-to-end support for identifying DX issues in the manufacturing industry and proposing and implementing systems to resolve them.
Data-driven management, which centralizes data obtained from business, grasps the situation in real time, and utilizes the analysis results for management through digital transformation (DX), is becoming increasingly important. However, in the manufacturing industry, there are still cases where issues remain regarding data centralization, such as data being scattered due to management by factory and paper-based form management, and an efficient data management system is required.
The service being offered this time is a solution for the manufacturing industry that organizes issues related to DX through interviews with management and production site personnel, and provides consistent support from system design to implementation. WingArc1st’s “DX Concept Support Service,” which supports the creation of DX concepts, will organize issues and formulate concepts, and CTC will proceed with concrete systemization including WingArc1st products. Systemization will be comprehensive, from PoC (Proof of Concept) to requirements definition, design, construction, and operation support, and will provide support to accompany customers when they build the system themselves. Training and maintenance support can also be provided by using the services of CTC System Management Co., Ltd., a CTC group company that provides IT system operation services.

This service will help manufacturing customers improve the efficiency and digitalization of their operations by providing services such as progress management of production processes, quality control, real-time monitoring, analysis of defect causes, and visualization of various management items.
CTC has a track record in building and operating systems including WingArc1st‘s form creation system “SVF,” document management system “invoiceAgent,” data analysis platform “Dr.Sum,” dashboard tool “MotionBoard,” etc. In addition to the know-how it has cultivated thus far, this support service will strengthen its building support across the entire WingArc product lineup by being involved in customers’ digital transformation from the planning stage.
