ASK Corporation and IXR Corporation have entered into a strategic business alliance as equal partners in the field of industrial development support utilizing NVIDIA’s AI solutions and Unity.
Through this partnership, both companies will leverage their respective strengths to promote the social implementation of cutting-edge AI and XR technologies, and build a system that provides end-to-end support from product delivery to on-site implementation and operation.
Background of the partnership: Creating a “new DX support model” through the integration of products and on-site implementation.
Currently, the adoption of NVIDIA’s AI platform and real-time 3D simulation is rapidly increasing in the industrial sector. ASK has established a solid position as an “international distributor” providing the world’s most advanced hardware and software licenses to the Japanese market, while IXR has accumulated a wealth of experience as a technology group specializing in industrial development and on-site implementation utilizing NVIDIA and Unity technologies.

However, as technology becomes more advanced and complex, a system that seamlessly supports optimal implementation and operation tailored to the customer’s specific needs is essential. In the traditional division of labor model, product delivery and on-site development were disconnected, limiting the ability to quickly resolve issues during implementation and provide sustained technical support.
This partnership is an equal initiative to resolve this “fragmented industry structure.” By combining ASK’s strong product supply network with IXR’s advanced NVIDIA and Unity implementation technologies, and by transparently sharing technical know-how, both companies will provide end-to-end DX support to customers as a “solution provider integrating products and development.”
Regarding this strategic business alliance, Ryuji Tagawa, Director and General Manager of the Sales Division at ASK Corporation, said, “Through our partnership with IXR, we will evolve from a ‘distributor’ to a ‘true solution provider.’ We will share our technological know-how and strongly support our customers’ DX promotion.” In addition, Makoto Kanie, Representative Director of IXR Corporation, said, “We are very pleased with this partnership with ASK. By combining our technological capabilities with ASK’s business foundation, we will solve industrial challenges through mutual know-how sharing and update the Japanese industrial sector.”
Going forward, ASK’s sales division and IXR’s technical team will work closely together to create and promote numerous projects throughout the year.
