DearOne Inc., a new business venture subsidiary of NTT DOCOMO, INC. in the marketing field, has supported the introduction and utilization of the user behavior analysis tool “Amplitude” to “Coconala,” a skill marketplace operated by Coconala, Inc.
Coconala is a skills marketplace where individuals can easily buy and sell their knowledge, skills, and experience online. We provide a platform where individuals can utilize their strengths in a wide range of fields, from design production, business consultation, and video production to fortune telling.
Before introducing Amplitude, we had the following challenges:
・There were only a limited number of people in charge of data analysis, and analysis work was concentrated
・It took time to extract and share data in response to analysis requests, which delayed decision-making
・Each department was unable to use the data themselves, making it difficult to implement quick improvement measures.

To solve these issues, the company introduced Amplitude, built a company-wide data utilization system, and worked to make faster decisions and improve services.
