BULL Inc. has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with MAITY Space GmbH, a German space systems company, to establish a strategic partnership to promote global space sustainability and safety.
Both companies share a strong sense of the challenges posed by an increasingly congested orbital environment, a strong desire to achieve a sustainable orbital environment, and a common belief that “actions taken today must protect the orbital ecosystem for future generations.” Based on this, BULL and MAITY Space have agreed to build a complementary and forward-thinking partnership.
Combining BULL‘s advanced space debris prevention (PMD) technology for both satellites and launch vehicles with MAITY Space‘s extensive experience in automated collision avoidance services and Space Situational Awareness (SSA) gained through major European Space Agency (ESA) programs, the combination of operational excellence and software-based risk mitigation capabilities will drive the following:
Joint development of a comprehensive solution integrating PMD deployment and on-orbit risk management services
Collaborative business development for the global market based in Europe and Japan
