U-ZERO Inc. has established a consulting partnership with Ridgelinez Inc. which specializes in digital transformation consulting work. The partnership will improve two areas of business operations which include employee feedback collection and employee feedback implementation.
U-ZERO focuses on employee engagement reform. The stated goal is to raise job satisfaction and reduce the number of employees who feel disengaged or unhappy at work. Ridgelinez brings consulting experience in organizational transformation and DX. Together, they plan to support companies across the full cycle. Survey design. Feedback collection. Analysis. And then the hard part. Turning that into actual behavioral and organizational change.
The situation requires evaluation because it depends on particular circumstances. Japan faces workforce shortages because its birthrate has dropped and its population has grown older. Japan witnesses’ low employee engagement which falls short of international standards. Many organizations adopted engagement surveys as their response to this issue. The surveys become a required procedure which organizations must follow. The organization discloses the results. They establish performance goals. The free text comments receive minimal examination. Managers encounter difficulties when attempting to transform findings into practical workplace solutions. The employees observe the repeating cycle which makes them refuse to provide honest information.

The U-ZERO Engagement Suite product launched by U-ZERO in May 2025. The product functions as a software-as-a-service solution which uses artificial intelligence to gather and process employee feedback. The system focuses on more than numbers. It looks at why scores exist, what issues are driving them, how wide the impact is, concrete examples from employees, and suggestions for improvement that management can actually use.
Through this partnership, U-ZERO and Ridgelinez will provide organizational transformation support built on this data. That includes understanding the current state of the organization, designing future change, collecting feedback in real time, identifying and prioritizing issues, and supporting the execution and establishment of reform measures.
By combining employee voice with consulting execution, the two companies aim to make engagement reform practical again. Not theoretical. Not cosmetic. Something employees can feel on the ground.
