Management Solutions Inc. will begin offering a new version of “PROEVER,” an AI-based management platform that supports corporate strategy execution, on Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
This release is the result of efforts to refine value and quality while continuously incorporating feedback from the field through an Early Access Program (EAP) centered on existing customers, which began in August 2025. The new PROEVER is based on “collaborative management,” where people and AI work together to make decisions. It embodies a new approach, “AI EPMO,” that uses AI to support enterprise-wide project management (EPMO: Enterprise PMO), dramatically improving the speed and momentum of organizational decision-making.
Based on Strategy B “Towards a Social Platform for Management” in its mid-term management plan “Beyond 1000,” MSOL is promoting the advancement of management and the formation of a foundation for co-creation, with PROEVER, which incorporates project management know-how and methodology into AI, at its core. As a core product that embodies Strategy B, the new version being offered will strengthen the provision of platform value that can be used in workplaces around the world.

Additionally, the previous PROEVER service will be renamed “PROEVER Classic.” The timing of the service termination will be determined in consultation with customers and will be based on a transition plan that minimizes impact. Furthermore, to coincide with the launch of this service, the logo has been updated to symbolize the evolution of the brand.
Social background and corporate challenges: Increasing complexity of projects leads to “invisibility,” “slowness,” and “variability”
Rapid technological innovation, global competition, and diversifying human resources require companies to have the ability to execute strategies that are resilient to change. Meanwhile, projects are becoming larger and more complex, and the following structural issues are arising on-site:
Slow to grasp the situation and inaccurate judgment: It is difficult to grasp the overall picture and set priorities, and it takes time to gather and collate information.
The process is highly personalized, resulting in inconsistent quality: The criteria for judgment are unclear, and review opportunities and quality are not stable.
Lack of development of driving force personnel and lack of execution ability: The burden is concentrated on experienced personnel, and knowledge is not reused as organizational knowledge.
MSOL sees these as “issues that need to be solved immediately with technology” and has pursued a new form of management through collaboration between EPMO (company-wide project management office) and AI.
