Incerto LLC launched “Business Management AI,” an AI system for companies operating remote/hybrid work systems.
“Business Management AI” is an AI tool for organizations that automatically summarizes and records employees’ PC work, allowing management and managers to understand the organization’s actual business operations as data. Its purpose is to accumulate data on the organization’s actual business operations that could not be recorded through self-reporting or time clocking alone.
The accumulated data can be used as a basis for decision-making regarding future organizational management, such as resource allocation, organizational restructuring, work style reform, and personnel planning . Prior notification and consent from employees are required during implementation, and either a cloud or on-premise configuration can be selected according to the company’s information handling policy.

Background of the provision
With remote/hybrid work systems becoming the norm, there remains a lack of objective means for management and managers within companies to understand “what kinds of work are currently being done within the organization and to what extent.”
Self-reporting through daily and weekly work reports places a heavy burden on employees, and the level of detail in the records varies from person to person, making it difficult to obtain data with sufficient detail for organizational decision-making even after aggregation. While attendance time can be tracked from clock-in/clock-out times and PC login times, it does not reveal what was being accomplished and to what extent during that time. Resource allocation, organizational restructuring, and personnel planning decisions tend to depend on the individual observations and reports of managers, and this tendency is especially strong in remote work environments.
While traditional tools for PC operation logs and activity monitoring exist, many companies hesitate to implement them due to concerns about employee privacy and psychological safety. The reliance on either “self-reporting” or “direct monitoring” methods for understanding organizational work, and the resulting lack of a sustainable business data infrastructure, is becoming a significant management challenge for remote/hybrid work companies.
