Dentsu Institute, Inc., which uses technology to advance the evolution of companies and society, is establishing a new “referral partner” system for its integrated HCM solution “POSITIVE.” In addition to “sales partners” who are responsible for everything from proposing “POSITIVE” to its implementation and maintenance, “referral partners” will be responsible for introducing new customers and projects. This expansion of the system will strengthen collaboration with partner companies, expand opportunities for the introduction of “POSITIVE” to companies of various industries and scales, and support the advancement of companies’ human capital management and business efficiency.
To coincide with this expansion, the company will enter into referral partner agreements with two companies: Techouse Inc. and SmartHR Inc.
In recent years, due to the decline in the working population, progress in work style reform, and the rapid spread of cutting-edge technology, expertise in maximizing human capital is more important than ever for companies to achieve sustainable growth. In light of this situation, Dentsu Institute will strengthen collaboration with partners who have expertise and networks in human capital solutions, and expand opportunities to propose solutions to new customer segments with which it has not had contact until now, thereby supporting companies’ human capital management.
