PeopleX Co., Ltd., a comprehensive AI company that solves challenges in the fields of human resources and sales, is pleased to announce the introduction of its conversational AI interview service, “EnPeopleX AI Interview,” by Shinagawa Ward Office.
This service is provided by EnPeopleX Co., Ltd., a joint venture between En Co., Ltd. and our company, through an OEM agreement for “PeopleX AI Interview” provided by our company.
Background
Shinagawa Ward is undergoing a major transformation due to large-scale urban development around Oimachi Station. Preparations are underway for the relocation of the Shinagawa Ward Office to a new building in 2029.

In local government operations, updating work styles and ways of thinking through digital transformation (DX) is required in order to further improve services for ward residents and to reform the work of ward employees.
As this has led to new challenges, we are recruiting an “Information Promotion Officer (Optimization of Local Government Operations)” to lead the advancement of DX-related projects. We have decided to utilize “EnPeopleX AI Interview” in this recruitment process.
By introducing this service, we will enable in-depth analysis based on candidates’ responses, supporting a more multifaceted assessment of each individual. Our aim is to fairly identify each candidate’s unique personality, strengths, and potential from the initial selection stage.
