U-ZERO Inc., which supports employee engagement reform to increase job satisfaction and eliminate unhappy employees, has officially added a new feature, “Feedback Monitoring,” to its AI solution, “U-ZERO Engagement Suite,” which supports employee engagement reform. This feature uses AI to analyze and visualize the quality of feedback given daily by managers and mentors, promoting the development of a healthy feedback culture.
To address Japan’s employee engagement rate, which is among the lowest in the world, U-ZERO has been ranked number one in Japan’s “Best Companies to Work For” rankings for seven consecutive years, a record for the longest period of time, and has built on its organizational development expertise to provide the SaaS-based AI solution and consulting service “U-ZERO Engagement Suite,” which uses AI to collect and analyze employees’ true feelings from three axes – management, culture, and employees – and reflect them in management, since May 2025. To date, the suite has been adopted by seven companies, including through proof-of-concept (PoC), and with the addition of these new features, the company aims to have it used by a wider range of companies.

“U-ZERO Engagement Suite” is a service that supports employee engagement and organizational reform, developed based on the extensive experience of Masamune Mimura, former CEO of Concur. As a tool that enables companies to better utilize employee opinions and strengthen their organizations, it has the following features:
Visualization of feedback skills
Feedback skills are evaluated by members to their leaders, and by members to their organizations, with scores and free comments. By displaying scores and distributions alongside other members and organizations, you can visualize your own feedback skills and understand your current situation.
AI-based evaluation and improvement advice
Based on the scores and free comments from members in response to their feedback, AI will analyze the current situation and suggest strengths and areas for improvement.
Providing insights to improve training capabilities
We objectively grasp the characteristics and trends of teaching and support continuous skill improvement.
Spreading a feedback culture throughout the organization
This creates a foundation for a cycle of high-quality feedback, helping to improve engagement.
