Resona Bank has adopted ExaWizards AI powered role-playing platform, ExaBase Role-Playing, to kinda shore up employee training and, you know, make sales skills more uniform across the organization. At first, the rollout was for 586 new hires in April 2026. On that platform, the whole thing leans on AI avatars, which are used to mimic customer conversations and also deliver steadier, objective feedback regarding performance. Employees can keep practicing over and over without needing an instructor around all the time, so they gradually build confidence and improve, quite a bit, quicker.
Later on, the bank didn’t stop there, it extended the platform to its real estate division. There it supports hands on sales scenarios for branch staff, so it’s not just theoretical, or anything like that. Overall, this decision fits into a wider direction where financial institutions are using AI to modernize workforce training, raise learning consistency, and speed up how fast employees are ready for roles that face customers.
