ND Software Co., Ltd. has announced that it has concluded a basic agreement with Pacenote Inc. The agreement covers the integration of the two companies’ systems.
The collaboration between ND Software’s ‘Honobono NEXT’ and Pacenote’s system is designed to support welfare service providers. It aims to improve the efficiency of welfare business operations and services.
Welfare and nursing care facilities are facing growing challenges. The aging population is increasing the number of users, while staffing shortages remain chronic. ISo, adopting ICT as a means of streamlining operations has become a must in this case. Moreover, uninterrupted sharing of information among systems is gaining more and more significance in order to facilitate teamwork across disciplines.

Pacenote offers a cloud-based short-stay booking management service for nursing care units. Its system helps manage reservations, analyze operational status, and support sales activities. ND Software is a leader in welfare and nursing care solutions, including its comprehensive nursing care insurance system ‘Honobono NEXT.’
This agreement is intended to combine the strengths of both systems. The goal is to address challenges faced by welfare service providers more effectively, increase the value of both companies, and ultimately benefit service providers and users in the welfare field.
The two companies will focus on system integration in areas that prevent duplicate data entry, improve operational efficiency, and increase data accuracy.
Integration between Pacenote SS and Honobono NEXT is planned around the summer of 2026, using an API provided by Pacenote. By the end of fiscal year 2026, the systems of Pacenote Nursing Home and Honobono NEXT are also expected to be integrated using the same API.
This agreement marks the beginning of a joint venture in terms of development between the two firms. Their main target is to hasten the digital transformation of the welfare industry. By this collaboration, it is anticipated that the companies will be able to leverage their respective strengths and generate new value in the welfare domain. Specific schedules and the start date for service provision will be announced later.
