Currently, we provide five services: “Findy,” a job-hunting service for IT/Web engineers; “Findy Freelance,” an introduction service for highly skilled freelance engineers; “Findy Team+,” a strategic support SaaS that connects management and development sites; “Findy Tools,” a review site for development tools; and “Findy Conference,” a tech conference platform.
In addition to Japan, “Findy Team+” will be launched in India from 2024. With the funding from this round, the company will expand the service to South Korea and Taiwan in the future, accelerating its global business expansion. The background to its global expansion is the founding purpose of “restoring Japan to its status as a technology-based nation.” The company aims to increase Japanese innovation in software development, the source of corporate growth, and to create as many Japanese IT companies as possible that are competitive in the global market, with the first step being to become a company that can compete in the global market.
Purpose of procurement – Three pillars of the new strategy
The newly raised funds will be used in the following three new strategies:
Strengthening the platform
With the vision of “creating a platform for challenging engineers,” in addition to helping IT engineers find jobs, the company will strengthen its business of supporting the growth of IT engineers by expanding the opportunities to use various DevOps tools (*2), hosting large-scale conferences and study sessions on cutting-edge technology, etc. In addition, in order to expand the platform, the company will also build a foundation that allows users to use various Findy services with a common ID.
In addition to supporting engineer recruitment for tech companies, the company plans to establish a service and consulting infrastructure that can support product development in general, including technical PR (engineer recruitment branding), improving development productivity, and optimizing the use of DevOps tools.

Global expansion in earnest
We will begin to fully expand our existing product, “Findy Team+,” globally. Following our expansion into India in 2024, we will expand into Korea and Taiwan with this funding. We aim to open an office in Korea in the summer of 2025, and one in Taiwan by next year. In addition, as the number of Japanese companies expanding into India increases, we plan to support other companies in expanding into India using the knowledge we have cultivated. By strengthening these activities, we plan to have 1,600 companies in Asia adopt the product by 2028. In addition, we will also investigate product needs not only in Asia but also in Europe in parallel.
Development of products that promote the use of generative AI
In response to the current situation in which generative AI has become an indispensable tool in software development, we will develop new businesses that promote the use of generative AI in development.
