CoachHub, a global digital coaching company, and U-ZERO Inc. announced that the two companies have entered into a partnership.
In this partnership, CoachHub will provide digital coaching to managers as an “empowerment partner” for “action-linked” solutions that link the results of various measures provided by U-ZERO, such as constructive feedback, team synergy monitoring, and engagement surveys, to concrete behavioral changes. Through this, the two companies will jointly contribute to the leadership development of managers and the strengthening of employee engagement at companies in Japan.
The growing importance of employee engagement is accelerating due to a combination of factors, including increased labor mobility, improved productivity to strengthen international competitiveness, and human capital management. However, companies face challenges such as “not being able to effectively utilize the results of engagement surveys,” “surveys and engagement improvement tools are scattered,” and “engagement improvement services do not fit the different challenges each organization faces.” In response to these challenges, U-ZERO offers comprehensive solutions that combine multiple approaches.

Through this collaboration, the two companies aim to strengthen effective leadership development and improve engagement across the organization.
