Brain AI Japan has launched its first official community program in Japan, inviting users to participate in the development of its AI products and services.
The initiative centers on the Natural AI Phone, which is basically a smartphone powered by the company’s AI agent Natural AI. It sorts of learns from how people use it and helps do everyday tasks without needing to hop between apps all day. The device is being rolled out in Japan through Softbank, so it feels fairly direct.
For community members, the deal is pretty clear, you get product updates, early software clues, access to beta features, and you can share thoughts straight back to the development team. In a way, it’s more than just watching from the outside.

The launch also mirrors a wider industry move, where teams are involving people more tightly in the AI product building process and experience design, not only after release.
