PerkUP Inc., which operates Coworkation.com, a one-stop service for arranging corporate training camps and off-site meetings, has completed a total of 50 million yen in funding in a seed round, including J-KISS-type stock acquisition rights underwritten by Shinshu Startup and Succession Support No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership (commonly known as Shinshu SS No. 2 Fund), which was established in cooperation with Nagano Prefecture and financial institutions in the prefecture, a subordinated capital loan from the Japan Finance Corporation, and debt financing from Ueda Shinkin Bank . This brings the total amount raised
since the company’s founding to 100 million yen.
