Kronos Performance, provided by Kronos Corporation, which develops and provides attendance management systems, cloud services, and time recorders, has begun CSV integration of payroll data with Smacal Payroll, a payroll calculation system released in August by System Research Co., Ltd.
This collaboration will enable the time attendance data required for payroll calculations registered in the “Kronos Performance” series to be output in a format that can be imported into “Smacul Payroll.”
This eliminates the need to manually input attendance data for each employee, prevents human errors such as mistakes when entering or correcting data, and promotes work efficiency.

In recent years, with the establishment of teleworking and progress in work style reforms, the digitization and migration to the cloud has been progressing rapidly. Payroll operations in particular are facing an increasing number of challenges that are difficult to address with traditional on-premise systems, such as the need to quickly respond to legal changes, divide work among multiple locations, and distribute statements online.
In addition, small and medium-sized enterprises in particular are demanding a “simpler and safer system” due to concerns about the operational burden of managing servers and networks, installing software, supporting operating systems, and managing versions, as well as the initial investment.
In light of this, System Research’s payroll software, which has been used by many customers, will now be offered as a new cloud service that is more flexible and safe to use.
