HRBrain Co., Ltd. has launched a new AI feature called ‘HRBrain Brain.’ The focus is clear. Take all the HR data companies already have and actually make it usable in day to day decisions.
Right now, most companies are sitting on a lot of employee data but not really using it. Around 83 percent are not getting value out of it. At the same time, employees waste time digging through internal documents just to figure out rules that apply to them. This feature is trying to fix both sides of that problem.
The system works in a chat format. Questions based on the employee’s role, location, or unit are answered according to the detail within the matter. The system provides them specific answers because it eliminates the need for them to read extensive policy documents. Things like expense limits or internal rules become quick lookups instead of a process.

On the other side, HR and management teams get access to deeper analysis. They can pull insights across the organization by combining data like skills, performance, and experience. The same interface also shows where the answers are coming from, so it is not a black box.
Security is handled by carrying over existing access permissions, so people only see what they are supposed to. There is also a direct link between analysis and action. Teams can update employee data from the same interface without switching systems.
The bigger shift here is obvious. HR tools are moving from record-keeping systems to decision systems. This is one more step in that direction.
